A synchronization issue in starting Runs (such as scheduled jobs) causes a small percentage of runs to produce an error with a message in the execution log “Failed to create pod sandbox”.

When an image size limit is applied using the com.cerebro.domino.builder.job.environment.imageSizeLimit Central Configuration Setting, the build will fail and the status is set, but there is no information in the build logs.

When creating a scheduled job with an on-demand Spark cluster, the job is not scheduled and you receive an error message with the text "error.number".
