Delete Files from a Dataset

Delete Files from a Dataset

You can delete files from a dataset. To delete a file whose name contains a special character such as a backslash (\), you must first rename them. You can use a tilde (~) or colon (:) anywhere in a filename except at the beginning. If the file that you want to delete has a tilde or colon at the beginning of its name, rename it.

  1. Go to a project that uses a dataset.

  2. In the navigation pane, click Data.

  3. Select the checkboxes for the files to delete.

  4. Click Delete Selected Items or click Delete all items.
